In Eswatini, traditional in-person schooling is not always accessible or the right fit for every learner. As education systems seek more flexible and resilient pathways, open schooling is helping expand access beyond the conventional classroom. A new COL case study examines how the Emlalatini Development Centre (EDC) has introduced blended learning, digital OER and multimedia content to transform its open schooling model over the past six years.
